Together, we’ll gather to calm the nervous system, deepen our awareness, connect with our higher selves, and experience the healing power of oneness.

What to Expect in This 2-Hour Circle:
 Open-Heart Sharing – Share as much or as little as you like; simply come as you are.
 Twin Hearts Meditation – Awaken and harmonize your heart and crown chakras as we bless the Earth with loving-kindness.
 Aura & Chakra Cleansing – Restore balance to your energetic system and receive collective Pranic Healing during meditation.
 Blessings & Intentions – Offer blessings to your health, relationships, family, and projects.
 Oracle Cards – Receive gentle spiritual insight and additional guidance for your journey.

Every Tuesday evening, we open the door to community healing. From 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Spirit Rising Studio in Maple Ridge, we hold space for anyone who could use a reset, a breath, or a moment to reconnect.

We begin with a guided meditation to help you ground, clear your field, and settle your energy.

After that we move into a first come, first served clinic offering mini Pranic Healing sessions (about 20 min each). These sessions are by donation and are open to all.

You don’t need to know anything about energy work to attend. You just need a willingness to receive support and take a moment for yourself.
